For this #WorshipWednesday, I am going with a more lighthearted video, from none other than Christian comedian Tim Hawkins.

Although Hawkins is making a joke about how people raise hands in church, he is also making a point.

It doesn’t matter whether you raise your hands, sway, sit there like a Frozen Chosen, or what have you–as long as you are worshipping God in spirit and truth (John 4:23), you have freedom in that area. What is bad is when you raise hands, sway, or what have you in order to “look spiritual.”
