Blake Long is married to his wife, Shale, who is a special education teacher. They have two little girls, Jovi and Piper, and also have a rambunctious dog, Dundie (yes, after “The Office” Dundie Awards).

Long received his BS in mass communications from East Central University and completed his Masters of Theological Studies in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

During the workday, Blake serves at a philanthropic nonprofit organization in his hometown.

He and his family are covenant members of Sovereign Grace Bible Church, where he serves as a small group leader.
